Latte Lust
I'd seen a couple of tags on Flickr (e.g. latteart and Espresso) related to the beauty found in the artful presentation of espresso-based drinks. These gorgeous images made me want to jump on the next plane to Seattle (or Italy for that matter) to experience the art form firsthand. Now Brand Autopsy has posted a link to this video showing a master in action. Don't I have a business trip to Seattle coming up next week?

Uh, Seattle? Because you're impressed with what Starbucks and Starbucks-owned corporate coffeeshops do? I'll let you in on a little secret--an uber-master of espresso presentation lives a mere five hours from your doorstep. Boy does creme like i don't even know what.
i tried this today...seems like something that wouldn't be too hard to master if you had, say, all of your waking hours free to practice.
