Oyvind Solstad recently mentioned PersonalDNA on his site, brilliant days.
Below is my Personal DNA Map from PersonalDNA resulting from a roughly 10 minute survey covering personality traits. Hover your mouse over each color to see some interesting things about me.

I have a feeling we'll be seeing quite a few of these little icons popping up in the blogosphere. Besides being able to assess and display their own personality traits in a simple way, users can complete the survey for others or ask others to complete the survey for them - a very cool social networking application of a simple concept.
